d. Courtesy notification regarding closing related items (setup your mailbox, utilities, final lawyer’s appointment)
e. Closing – Pickup your key and sign off that your home has been built to satisfaction
f. Courtesy notification for your 30-day and 1-year warranty follow-up to ensure your exceptional new home experience
